Shipping:
In regard to shipping due to the nature of the goods( all being hand crafted only once a product is ordered) the time taken to deliver items to your address can take up to 3 weeks but in most cases goods will be received within 9-12 working days. It all depends on the product purchased.
Most of the goods are air freighted.In some cases ,due to the size and the weight of larger products the price to air freight the item does not warrant the expense and in that case it is then shipped over to you surface mail , which then takes 6 -10 weeks.
We found the best way to ship the items with a quicker time zone, was to air freight them through South African Postal Services International. Should you require a different postage method or don't mind waiting a longer period we can reduce the price of postage by sending the item surface mail. This however can take up to 3 month to ship the item, please contact us if you require this method or any other.
We can send items via courier which will take 5 days to an international destination. However this option is very expensive and we advise clients not to take this option unless you need the items quickly.
