How Ordering Works
Ordering from Hides Of Africa is now a 6 Step process. We have streamlined the experience to make it as easy and logical as possible. Here are the steps :
- Info. Step 1 is just some information about how ordering works and the terms and conditions. Once you are happy with the process, click 'Proceed'
- Details. Step 2 is where you update your details and shipping address. Simple.
- Delivery. Delivery charge is calculated per parcel and by the weight of the item, delivery 9-12 working days.
- Items. Check your basket in this step and make sure you have everything you need.
- Pay. All needed payment info is here. Read the details carefully and click 'Process Payment' to be redirected to a secure website. You can then make you payment. After you have made your payment, you will be redirected back to the confirm step.
- Confirm. The Hides Of Africa Order is created based on a successful payment and an email is sent to you confirming the order. You can track your current orders by clicking the 'Order History' link in the header of the page.
Please note : ALL STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED FOR A SUCCESSFUL ORDER TO BE PROCESSED!!

- All goods supplied remain the property of Hides of Africa until full payment is made.
- A handling fee of 12% will be effective on goods returned in good order.
- Goods delivered to requested destination, will include insurance.
- Items will be delivered within 9-12 working days.
